Good Earth Recycling

Our Mission

Dedicated to providing a simple and transparent way for Lubbock, Abilene, Amarillo and the Dallas-Forth Worth Metroplex to recycle more!

At Good Earth Recycling, Great Service, Transparency, and Education are our top priorities. We believe that environmental stewardship should be easy!

Since 2016, we have been finding creative solutions to recycle items that local municipalities are not set up for. We started in Lubbock, working directly with Texas Tech University, with a vision to recycle difficult materials—like glass, Styrofoam, plastics #1-#7 and electronics—that are too often destined for the landfill.

Since then, We have kept over 4,300 tons of waste out of the landfill!

Thanks to you we keep 45 tons per month out of the landfill.

The Good Earth Recycling Impact

Measurable Impact, Local Change

At Good Earth Recycling, we make recycling simple and convenient for households and businesses across Lubbock, Abilene, Amarillo, and soon the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Our curbside recycling services help communities reduce waste and take control of their environmental impact.

We partner with trusted processors to responsibly recycle accepted materials—including hard-to-recycle items—keeping valuable resources out of landfills and back in use. If we accept it, we recycle it.

Together, we divert over 45 tons of waste every month—and we’re just getting started.

4,300+ Tons Diverted

Since our founding, our community has helped us keep thousands of tons of waste out of Texas landfills.

45 Tons Per Month

On average, our customers divert over 90,000 pounds of recyclable material every single month.

Transparency

If we accept it, we recycle it. We work closely with specialized processors locally, regionally, and nationally to ensure everything gets recycled here in America and the right way. Have a question about where an item goes? Just ask!

Why We Do What We Do

Recycling shouldn’t be confusing or limited by what local programs can handle. Too often, municipal programs are restricted by available infrastructure, leaving behind materials like glass, textiles, and Styrofoam.

Good Earth Recycling bridges that gap by partnering with trusted recycling specialists to ensure your materials are handled responsibly and processed the right way.

Our convenient bag-based recycling service reduces contamination and makes it easier for households and businesses to recycle more of what matters.
